San Diego had a population of 1,223,400 people. The median age of residents
was approximately 33 years old and the median household income was $45,733 per
year. The median house value in 2000 was $233,100 and those values have continued
to appreciate over the past few years, which is an important factor to consider

San Diego is known for its ideal, warm climate having nearly 300 days of sunshine.
During the summer months, temperatures usually range between 70 and 80 degrees
