It may not be fun to look for faults in homes, especially if they seemed perfect. Yet, you do not want to find out about faults after you have already made the purchase. This is more of a concern for those buying an older home. For those buying a San Diego new home, this is not as relevant. But even with a new home, you should inspect everything as carefully as you can to make sure it works the way you wish it to. Just remember to be open-minded when looking at home because what you may not have any interest in seeing may end up being the home you were looking for the whole time.
